New Character, New Guy, More Art

This is my newest character, New Guy. The style was based on the "Mr. Bean Cartoon" with a thick outline and thinner lines on the inside. I made it on the computer last night and went to bed without saving it. Luckily my dad saved it as "New Guy" and i like how appropriately it fit.
